Daphne Ray – President - has a background in the security and fire alarm business with over 30 years of experience. Daphne became involved in the security and fire industry in the 1980’s when she joined Alliance Protection. She obtained her California C10 & C7 contractor’s license and her Bureau of Security license. She is the companies Qualified Managers for the Bureau of Security.
She is active in the community and has volunteers with several community organizations, including the Desert Valley Builders Association. Daphne acquired ownership of the company in 1998 and is the majority shareholder. Daphne enjoys sailing and hiking when she is away from the office.
Charles Pendleton – CFO - has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management degree from Purdue University with an emphasis on accounting and engineering. Charlie’s background is in electrical engineering which led him into the computer business where he owned and operated a computer networking business for fifteen years. After joining Alliance in 1990, Charlie obtained his California Contractors License C10 and C7.
Charlie’s passion for technology led the company into the home automation, audio and video systems market. He also has numerous certifications in computer systems, Networking and Microsoft Server, Control4, Savant and Crestron. His work combined work history in computer and security business has made him an accomplished programmer and CFO. In addition to his other certifications, Charlie also has CEDIA Certifications as an EST II. Charlie likes to spend his off time on his boat with his family.
Mark Reulman – Project Manager with a focus on custom audio/video systems - With 30 years experience in audio/video and security systems, Mark is one of the Coachella Valley's original pioneers in home theater and car audio systems. He founded Radio Active in 1986, and grew the business to four locations, 50+ employees, and $10 million in annual sales. In 2012, He sold Radio Active to Insight home solutions, a Canadian based audio/video supplier. Mark worked for Insight, as general manager and head of sales for three years before joining ALLIANCE Integration in March of 2016.
In the off chance Mark is not working, you can typically find him in his garage buried under a vintage motorcycle or car.
Miles Hartmann – Project Manager – Has been designing and managing AV projects for Alliance since 2007. Miles started in the Music and AV industry at an early age in 1974 as Professional Drummer for Cover Bands. Since then, Miles has produced and recorded with several other musicians on studio albums.
Miles enjoys keeping up with the constantly changing technology and products available in today’s AV industry. This combined with his diverse experience in the Luxury Motor Coach industry client relations, warranty administration and management positions helps him provide our clients with the best system designs for their home and lifestyle. Miles well-rounded knowledge base is an asset our clients appreciate to guide them through the process of selecting their AV, home automation and security systems so they can enjoy the system designed to suit their needs.
Ricardo Gallegos – Project Manager – Began in the alarm industry as an apprentice in 1994 and advanced into installing & servicing Security, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems. His passion for electronics rapidly excelled into becoming a lead technician and receiving factory certifications in fire, voice evacuation systems and AES Intellinet Radios. By understanding his client needs and knowing firsthand about the systems, he is able to confidently and easily answer any questions or concerns. Ricardo is able to efficiently design packages that will provide you with the best possible protection while managing the project from start to finish. His ethical standards and experience gained over the years to complete every job exceed our customer’s expectations and makes the entire process effortless.
